MotivateMe incentive program

Taking the Cigna health assessment saves you $800/year on your health plan premiums. It also unlocks a program called MotivateMe that lets you earn up to $100 in gift cards every year.

 

Follow these steps to get started:​​

 

Step 1: Take the Cigna health assessment

This unlocks the MotivateMe program so you can earn points. Log onto myCigna.com > Wellness & Incentives (under the Wellness dropdown).

Step 2: Earn up to 50 points per category (50 points = $50)

 

Preventive care

Get any ONE of these screenings between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, to earn 50 points:

• Annual physical

• Annual Ob/Gyn exam

• Dental preventive exam

• Mammogram

• Colon cancer screening

• Cervical cancer screening

• Prostate cancer screening

Coaching

Complete any ONE of these coaching options between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, to earn 50 points:

• Complete at least 3 visits with an MNPS health coach

• Work with a Cigna health coach over the phone

• Participate in/complete of any one of the following:

  • Omada, focused on diabetes and/or hypertension

  • Virta, which can help you reverse Type 2 diabetes and/or lose weight

  • Cylinder, a digestive health program

  • MNPS's 9-week stress reduction (MBSR) course

Step 3: Redeem your points

Log on to myCigna.com to redeem your points. Watch for your gift card to arrive in the mail.

Step 4: Spend your gift card like cash

Gift cards are good at any vendor that accepts debit cards — just about anywhere.
